Storing our wines

Storing our wines
Wine should be stored by being laid horizontally thereby allowing the cork to remain wet.
If you wish to keep wine for a long time (over many years potentially), bottles should be stored in a cellar which has the following characteristics: It should be stable in temperature, cool, dark, slightly damp and lightly ventilated.
For people living in an apartment or a property without a cellar but who wish to lay down their wines for at least five years, there are several high-quality wine refrigerators now available on the market.
Finally, and for those who have neither an appropriate cellar nor an interest in purchasing a bespoke wine fridge, we would simply suggest that you lay the wine bottles horizontally in a wine case or box, stored in a cool and dark place away from heat sources such as a radiator or fire. Be assured that all our wines may be stored in these conditions from three to five years without any problem.
